Why do Tigers have stripes?

Have you ever wondered why tigers have stripes? Every time you wonder about things this is an inquiry that can be researched or investigated to find out the why. Science is everywhere, thus when you look around and have a question to why or what if then you can investigate to find the answers. Why do birds fly low where cars can hit them? How many times does your heart beat a minute?

All these can be researched or experimented to come up with answers. Science!!!!

  1. Tigers have developed stripes over millions of years.It helps them hide in tall grass.As to why their fur isn't green.Well that's because most scientists believe that almost all animals are color blind.So I guess the color doesn't really matter.
